About me
Hello! I'm Brandon Stillman.
I’m a Senior User Experience Designer with 13 years of experience crafting intuitive enterprise software and impactful visual designs. I specialize in transforming complex workflows into seamless user experiences, blending research, strategy, and design to create products that users love.
How i found UX
I found my way into UX through a passion for design. Growing up, I spent hours experimenting with the Adobe Suite, editing photos, and creating illustrations just for fun. I pursued graphic design in school, but it was my internship at LANDesk that introduced me to the world of UX. With the guidance of great mentors and coworkers, I developed my skills across all aspects of user experience, from research to interaction design,
My UX Philosophy
I believe the best UX is invisible—it just works. A well-designed experience should feel natural and intuitive, allowing users to accomplish their goals without frustration or unnecessary complexity. Design should always put the user first, transforming even the most complex workflows into something simple and approachable. My approach focuses on reducing friction, enhancing clarity, and crafting seamless interactions that not only solve problems but also improve efficiency and usability at every touchpoint.
